2. Digital Product Delivery

All digital products are delivered electronically via email or secure download link within 24 hours of confirmed payment. You are responsible for providing a valid email address. Access links expire after 30 days — please download your materials promptly.

3. Refund Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with any purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days. Refund requests must be submitted to ops@patriotblack.io and include your purchase receipt. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Digital access is revoked upon refund approval.

PatriotBlack LLC makes NO guarantees regarding income, revenue, or business outcomes. Any earnings, revenue, or success examples shown in our materials are estimates of potential and are NOT promises of actual results. All content, methods, frameworks, templates, and materials are proprietary to PatriotBlack LLC and protected by copyright law. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for individual use only. You may NOT redistribute, resell, share, upload, or reproduce our materials in any form. Violation will result in immediate access termination and may result in legal action.

Use automated systems to access or scrape our services
Misrepresent your affiliation with PatriotBlack LLC
Violate any applicable local, state, or federal laws

7. Subscription Services

For recurring subscription products: billing occurs automatically at the stated interval. Cancel anytime by emailing ops@patriotblack.io before your next billing date. No refunds for partial billing periods.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco County, California.
